Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Itri Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Itri Studio provides design and development services including but not limited to:

• Web design and development
• Landing page creation
• UI/UX design services
• Brand identity design
• Consultation and strategy services

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Monthly subscriptions billed in advance
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. However:

• We retain rights to any pre-existing intellectual property
• We may use completed projects in our portfolio
• Source files may require additional licensing
• Third-party assets are subject to their respective licenses

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Availability of required assets and content
• Third-party dependencies

Revisions and Changes

Our revision policy includes:

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in base price
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require new agreement
• All revision requests must be in writing

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with the following conditions:

• Client may cancel at any time with written notice
• Completed work will be billed accordingly
• Deposits are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel for non-payment

Limitation of Liability

Itri Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
